i just started using paypal and didnt understand it at first, but i put money from my bank into the paypal balance, it is not there yet and still pending but i found out that is not needed for ebay (i thought u had to put money into paypal to buy from ebay) , they will just take the money directly from the bank with pay pal, so i bought my item and it went directly from paypal through the bank, but now i still have this pending transaction that is not needed, but it is taking so long to get into paypal i dont want to wait for it to get to my accound just so it can take twice as long to get back to my bank account.
can i cancel a pending transaction from paypal since it is not a payment, but a mere deposit?
