Yesterday I withdrew $85 from a buyer to and transferred the amount to my bank. Today I see that my bank bounced back the $85 leaving me a negative $11. I checked my Paypal account and there was a red flag stating the e-check would not be in my Paypal account until 11/8. So my bank paid Paypal $85! Once the e-check does clear, do I receive the $85 back that Paypal took from my bank account? There wasn't a red flag attached to my Paypal account yesterday or I wouldn't have transferred the amount.
