Paypal charged me twice

I just bought a phone for $176 and I tranferred that money to my Paypal account from my bank account. I just checked my bank account it and showed that it took out $176 twice from my account!

One says "Paypal Echeck" and one says "Paypal Transfer".

What do I do!? Whats the difference between those two?
