I just setup my paypal account.And since i'm new to paypal how do I know if I can use it to purchase something?I dont want to bid on something or buy something through paypal and not be able to pay for it.

As far as how you use your account, all you have to do is start making purchases. We'll use whatever funding sources you've added to your account (I'm assuming here that you've added something to your account) to pay for whatever you're purchasing.
