I have had a lot of problems with my account, but I really like using it when it works. However, I have $27.70 in my AVAILABLE balance right now (I had $50 something, made a purchase, and it went through just fine the other day). I'm trying to make a purchase from Children's Place and my total is $15. Even when I changed it to $10 (just in case somehow they had a major increase in shipping costs!), it says I don't have enough in my paypal balance so I have to use my credit card. These items will probably sell out soon so I'd kind of like to buy them but don't want to take money from my bank account. What is going on here? Please help! Thanks in advance!
