How to add funds from my mastercard

Hello I am mubarak from Saudi Arabia,

I am a new premium paypal user,

Also I am already verified my mastercard with paypal,

When I purchase some items from eBay, I cannot transfer money from my Paypal,

Shown this massage ('' cannot transfer the money from this mastercard And Enter the other credit card or debit card")

What happened I don't know??????

But now my paypal account balance is 0.00USD,

And I did not add any funds to Paypal Account, pls tell me how to add the funds from my mastercard.

So please anybody answer me........Thank you.

i had the same question but i figured out when i went to checkout through ebay it charges your bank account (or mastercard) just the amount that you the items you bought on ebay are worth. even with having a 0.00 paypal balance, it will just charge your mastercard that amount. i hope this helps!
