Bank account transfer to take 2 weeks???

I scheduled a transfer July 12th and it said the transaction would be completed today July 15th. Today I checked paypal and nothing was there, so I checked the details of the transaction and now it says the expected clearing date is July 28th...

I don't know why this is, and was wondering if this is due to paypal or my bank. I know there are funds in my account...so I'm not sure what's going on. I'm not in a rush for the cash....just puzzled as to why this is.

Has anyone here had this happen to them?

I had a transfer scheduled for the 21st and still not in paypal. Money was withdrawn from my checking acct. on the 21st. Where is my money and why does it take so long?

I recently had the same issue, I was told it would go through originally on july 25th. Then suddenly on july 26th I was told it won't go through until august 8th... What has me even more irratated about this is the money was taken out of my account yesterday and my paypal account has yet to be credited. So apparently they're allowed to hold onto my 380$ for 9 days before I'm allowed to touch it... It'll be the last time I transfer money to paypal.
