Can I withdraw funds from an ATM using my paypal card if my paypal account is zero, but I have it linked to a back up acct with money in it?

Is there a fast way to transfer money to your paypal account from your bank. (faster than 3-5 business days)

If there is not a balance in your PayPal account there is not a way to withdraw funds, even though the account is linked to a backup funding source.

Is there a fast way to transfer money to your paypal account from your bank. (faster than 3-5 business days).

Unfortunately, 3-5 business is the standard time to transfer funds between your bank account and your PayPal account.
