use of bank card

Im in dispute with my business partner whom I am buying out of our nursery but in the mean time she has set up a new business and appears to be using my nursery's bank card for some transactions. How do I get delivery information etc fro Paypal to prove it?

Paypal are not going to give you any information on another persons paypal account.

But they do respond to a solicitors enquiry so may be that is the way to go?
