I am in U.S. but when I try to access paypal.com it sends me to paypal.com/gb, which is Great Britain and when I click on anything the address has UK in it. What's up?

Did you open a UK or US paypal account?
It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
