Hello. First of all I need to let you all know I have dementia and find thinks hard to follow. When I purchase an item on ebay and go to sign into my PP account a little red sign stating "requied" is stopping me even though my sign in details are correct. This has only started happening since last Thursday. I sent an email to PP but all I got was a standard reply that was nothing to do with my question. Please help. Steve
