Hello Sean Mckevitt,
My name is Connie and it is my pleasure to guide you through as regards the transaction between you and Anders Groot. I am very happy to be assigned to tell you that the transaction is 100% secure and legitimate. We want to use this medium to tell you once again that the amount has been made to your
PayPal account by Anders Groot
The total funds of 600.00 EUR will be credited into your PayPal account immediately after the Western Union details is sent to us for verification and the transfer fees will be added to your account too.
The western union details PayPal demands from you is a 10-digit number on the Western Union receipt that will be given to you after you must have sent the amount of €300.00 EUR via Western Union at any local post office or any Western Union Money transfer outlet. You can also make the transfer online at www.westernunion.com.
This is to inform you that as part of our policy, We do not credit funds made for a transaction in parts, We will only credit the money into your PayPal account after the successful completion of the whole transaction. Refusal to complete this transaction will only lead to a self-caused delay.
The expected total fund of 600.00 EUR  has been deducted from the account of Anders Groot and all we need you to do before we credit your account is to send the sum of €300.00 EUR "tax and insurance fee" to the address provided by the shipping agent via Western Union money transfer and get back to us with the Western Union details by replying back to this e-mail for accreditation of your account without any further
delay.
Below is a step by step way of sending the money to the bearer:
1. Go to any Western Union Office close to your home at your local Post Office.
2. Ask for a Western Union money transfer form.
3. Fill the form with the address details provided by the buyer
4. Tender the cash and you will be issued a receipt after the money has been sent
5. Attach and email to Paypal a scanned copy of the receipt
If you don't have a scanner, You can email Paypal with the following details written on the receipt:
1. Reference number (which is the 10 digit number)
Sender's full name & Address
The address where the money will be sent to again is as follows:
Name:  Andre Thomas
Address:  17 Prorizna str.
City :  Kiev
State:  Kiev
Postal Code :  01032
Country:  Ukraine
Note: The Transaction can neither be divided/canceled nor recalled by the payee (Anders Groot) as a security measure to protect both the Seller and Buyer. We assure you that you have 100% Guarantee and Security that you will get your money as soon as the Western Union Details is received from you.

Western Union receipt should be sent to us.

Sincerely,
PayPal

THIS IS A TYPICAL PAYPAL SCAM.

They encourage you to use paypal and often ask you to open an account so they can pay you.

You will get/got a "fake" email that looks as though it is from paypal.....it isn't.

It will say the buyer has paid ...you won't have been paid.

They will tell you that the payment is released when you provide paypal with a tracking/shipping number......this won't happen.

OR

If the item requires shipping they will tell you that they will pay you extra and you must pay the agent via western union / moneygram BEFORE the funds are released to you.

They are not interested in the item, they just want the western union etc funds and you will never see money in your paypal balance.

They also threaten legal action...have a laugh at that one and ignore it as its rubbish.

Paypal NEVER tell you to send trackable, they advise it for seller protection etc but it is not compulsory.

Paypal NEVER tell you to send an item before the payment is showing in your paypal account.

Paypal NEVER expect you to use a rival money transfer service.

Delete any emails and ignore the scammers.

Yes they look real but what you have to remember is the 3 things i underlined at the bottom.

1. Paypal never tell you that you MUST send trackable.

2. Paypal would NEVER tell you to use a rival money transfer service.

3. Paypal NEVER tell you to send an item BEFORE the transaction and funds are showing in your paypal account balance.

Your account is fine, as long as you did not click on any links in an email to log in etc.

These people don't acutally USE paypal as nothing is done using paypals site, its only done via fake emails and getting you to send money to them via western union.
