hi can anyone help me when i go on paypal to reset my password i put my email address in and when i click the link to get the reset email i just get sent straight to a error message and my password reset link dosent come through ive tried it about 20 times now and its very frustrating,ive had to make another account up aswel just to be able to post on here can anyone help me please
Something to try. Delete your web browser's cookies, temp files and history. Then close the browser, reopen it, then login to your PayPal Account and try again.
If your results are the same, try using a different web browser and/or computer.
If still the same, you should contact customer support for assistance as they can look at your account.
