money gone to wrong person

Two days trying to long on for this issue. PayPal have sent my money to another person! Tried to contact them but site refuses to accept my name as a s It says. Signature!!!! On here using an android tablet as no log in possible on windows via chrome! Messy?

Paypal send the payment to the email address YOU imput when you send the money.

If it has gone to the wrong person then email that person and see if they will refund you.

If not then file for item not received via the resolution tab in your paypal account > give the other person a few days to refund and if not escalate to a claim after putting in what has happened. As that person has nothing to send you then you should get a refund.
