i live in norway and my brother has advertised his car for sale to a norweigan website www.finn.no and today he told me that he received an email this morning from a guy in USA apparently wants to buy his car without seeing it what condition the car is, i was a bit suspicious as it does't seem normal to me, as the car it is quite expensive and why someone wants to pay so much money without seeing the car?? and the other thing is, he said to send the PAYPAL details to him and he can pay and an someone will come to get the car.
Why someone from USA would want to buy a car in Norway as the cars over here are double the price to USA?? do you guys think is a scam?

Hi alfababy
Yes I do think its a scam
Noone in their right mind id going to buy a car without seeing it or testing it first
They will probably ask you to pay their "shipper" or make a western union payment first and arent remotely interested in the car
Never accept ppal for an item that needs collecting as you lose sellers protection CASH on collection only
