Hello, someone has stolen my PayPal account and also draw money from my MasterCard which was connected to my PayPal, he hacked my email so he he changed the primary email to his email and reopened the new empty account for my email, right now he is stealing all my money and i am in the bank filling dispute forms, i can't understand why there is no place in payapl resolution center so i can report this, i don't kno what to do

You should be able to file disputes for 'unauthorised activity' by clicking on all the transactions and using the 'resolve a problem' link on that details page, then if you can change your password.

Click on the words "Help / Contact" at the bottom of paypals pages and use the phone option in the blue band at the top. Log in and get the code.
When you get through don't select any options just hang on till you get transfered to an agent".
In the UK its free from any landline phone.
