Firstly this is a help board and not customer services so a lot of the helpers are not "paypal".

However I can see thats a spoof from the first line.

Paypal never address you as "dear member or user etc etc they always address you by your full name eg dear john smith".

Secondly never click on a link in an email to enter sensitive financial or log in info or you may give away those details to scammers.

This is a spoof email.

No not the wrong board at all......just did not want you to think the advice we give is paypal advice as it is not it is just general advice based on our experiences as sellers and buyers.

But i do know your email was a spoof.
