can I block microsoft sarl

I am in dispute with paypal/microsoft over some xbox points that I did not purchase.

Is there anyway of blocking them from taking more

Is there any one with experience of this type of hack

(Not blaming microsoft just want to minimise any further damage)

The only thing that I can think of is that there is a subscription service in place on your account to Microsoft for your xbox live points.

Here’s how to cancel a subscription or recurring payment:

1. Go to www.paypal.co.uk and log in to your account.
2. Click ‘Profile.’
3. Click ‘My preapproved payments’ under ‘Financial Information.’ (Don’t see this step? Follow the alternative set of instructions below.)
4. Select the merchant whose agreement you want to cancel and click ‘Cancel.’
5. Click ‘Cancel Profile’ to confirm your request.

Or

1. Go to www.paypal.co.uk and log in to your account.
2. Click ‘Profile’ near the top of the page.
3. Select ‘My money’.
4. In the ‘My preapproved payments’ section, click ‘Update’.
5. Select the merchant whose agreement you want to cancel and click ‘Cancel.’
6. Click ‘Cancel Profile’ to confirm your request.

Note:

• You can’t reactivate a recurring payment after you cancel it.
• Canceling a payment doesn’t cancel your contract with the merchant. You need to pay the merchant for any goods or services you have already received.

it is there , where it says clik profile dont hovver over it , actually clik the word profile and it will let u in , i just cancelled the same microsoft junk .

Hi,

I see that you have already submitted a complaint to Microsoft, can you give me the contact details you used. I've found a big problem and don't know where to start! Have to go back to Paypal if I get no joy going direct.

Hope your issues are resolved. Would give me some hope that I might get a resolution too.
