Why is my account access limited

My account has been limited, 

It is asking me to go in to Resolution centre

when I log in to Resolution centre, there is no steps to follow,

Your case ID for this reason is PP-002-105-691-821. what does this coed stand for?

Hi Guz

This sounds like a spoof paypal email, I bet it addressed you as Dear paypal user/member/client etc didnt it instead of your full name, also I bet it asked you to click on a link etc?? yes then its fake.

Always log in to your paypal by the official website and since you have have checked it and everything seems ok then that should prove it, but keep an eye on it
