Vertification Code for Debit Card

Ok, so I have asked for the code from paypal to confirm my debit card (Auspost Load N Go) about 4 times. I have been charged 4 times meaning $8, because I need the code. I have one transaction out of all four showing.

I live in Australia, the card is in my name and it doesn't want to send the code. It gives me a transaction number of  R*** and then another bunch of numbers. I do not know what to do. I have requested the code 4 times, it gave me one transaction number. I requested the code on 6/01/2017.

If you are living in Australia then do you have an Aussie or UK paypal account?

Sounds like a pre-paid card rather than a debit card?

A lot of pre-paid cards are not accepted by paypal as they can't be confirmed.

I have an Aussie account. The card is a debit card registered with Auspost, as it is a Load N Go. Part debit part pre-paid.
