I have checked my credid card statement and find that Paypal are taking money for legit purcheses from a credit card that I cancelled in 2013, instead of using the "registered card" . On checking my Paypal account this credit card is not registered so I cannot cancel it. I have spoken to customer services and was informed that someone would reply in due course.
My belief is that if they still hold the information regarding this card ia a breach of the Data Protection Act 1998 and am in the procces of informing the Information Commissioner
