Suspicious "Paypal" e-mail adress

Hi i received a mail from "you" paypal through "service.transaction-viapaypal @ inbox.ru". I thing that's defenitly not you but i m asking to be sure. More over the mail iw trange looking. I'll but an image in attachement. Can you confirme tht's not you ?
