Spam email?

I have had a couple of emails from intl.paypal now, this is the message I received on this one which said in the header 'payment under review'.  Obviously this is a transaction that I have never made.

We are reviewing your payment of £48.45 sent to Emma L Murphy on 13/12/2015.

If you do not recognize this transaction, please login and complete the required form.

If they are asking you to log in via a link in the email then its a spoof and they are trying to hijack your log in info.

Delete and ignore.
