Ok… PayPal will allow a merchant account to setup multiple users to that account where their access privileges can be pre-defined.
Once the USERID is created for the ‘user’ (which is cannot be an email address) and a PASSWORD is defined…. The user then can log into the merchant account via web access.
If, however, the user attempts to log into the merchant account via the PayPal app, the initial login-in screen provides you with two options 1) email address/password or 2) mobil phone number/PIN.
No where in the ‘additional user’ creation page was there an option to provide and email address or phone number for this ‘second user’.
So I’m left with the question… can a ‘second user’, which can log in via the web without a problem, log in via the PayPal app? …and if so… how is the login accomplished via the mobile app?
