I was wondering if someone might be able to help me.
I have just had my Nan on the phone in tears as she has received an email claiming to be from paypal saying there have been numerous suspicious transactions on her account lately and asking her to verify her card details.
She hasnt done anything on the email but she hast tried to log onto her paypal account so she can check and it is saying that the account has been chosen under routine maintenance and needs to enter her full card details to proceed.
Needless to say that after the email she is terrified to eneter any details.
Can anyone advise on this to set her mind at rest.
