SOMEONE HAS LINKED MY DEBIT CARD TO THEIR ACCOUNT

Hello I am in serious need of help!! Someone has linked MY debit card to their PayPal account! I lost my card but had it returned to me 2 days after a day out, I went to link my card onto my PayPal account as I needed to make a transaction but it wouldn't let me? So I called up PayPal and they said someone is already linked up using that card!!!! I assumed it could've been my mum so I hung up and asked my mum but it's not her!? What do I do?!

Ring your bank and tell them and get your card cancelled.
