So recently my old account has ran into some trouble and I couldn't make any purchases with my eBay giftcard so I deactivated it. My mistake, now I can't use my eBay giftcard. But the thing is, I wanted to switch my card to the new account I made but I can't. So then I tried emailing Paypal about it but I can't seem to get an actual email address since I don't want to call. When I go to "Contact us" they go to breif problems of which have nothing to do with mine. What do I do now?
