Can anyone help with answering a phone question? My mobile is in China but the damn paypal site wont let me put it in. Its 11 digits plus 86 for the country code. I have tried various ways and no bloody luck. Without it I cant get verification codes to confirm identity. Thanks.
Paypal is country specific so you have to open a paypal account in the country you reside in and add an address / phone number / and bank accounts from within that country.
