This guy's a **bleep**- 'ppauelaue at hotmail.com' (not allowed to type proper address) States that I have paid for a Skype subscription. No such transaction has taken place. Asks me to click a link to dispute it and claim a full refund. I think not. Don't fall for it. Delete any message from that addres. Don't even waste your time reading it.
