Payment pending ?

I have sold something on gumtree .It's been paid for via paypal .However buyer says payment is pending and he's been told to contact buyer .I can't see the payment at all my end only completed payments .What do I do ?

If its pending / unclaimed on the BUYERS side then the problem is with the email address.

Double check its the correct one that is linked to your paypal account without any typos etc that the buyer may have made.
