I have been waitng for 4 weeks to resolve an issue via email and decided enough was enough and called tonight. I have now been on hold for 55 minutes. Is this how PayPal beats you down? Customer service in non existent. What other options are there if you cant stand using PayPal anymore?
It is a long hold at busy times, best to phone when you are not going out and stick it on loud speaker for a few hours whilst you get on with what you are doing until they pick up.
If you use google there are lots of payment options but whether buyers will use them is another matter.
