Old phone number account verification

I can't sign in to my account because it wants to verify my phone number but the primary number on my account is my old number and I don't have access to it so I'm unable to sign in.

Your best option is to phone c.s. and see if they can help you regain access.

I was on my account earlier and tried to change my primary number but it wouldn't let me remove or edit it all I could do was add a home number so I set my current phone number under the home number in settings
