My card got declined and I didn't even buy anthing!

Hi, I got an email from PayPal that my debt card had been declined and I havnt even brought anything though my PayPal account yet. The transaction history is clean. There is nothing on it. Is their something wrong with my account? Cheers Kieran

Have you just added your debit card to your paypal account? If so then have you managed to verify it yet??

 

If you are having probs then >>

 

Click on the words "Contact us" at the bottom of paypal pages > click on the "call us" option on the left (fees "may" apply so check the cost with your phone tariff first, as you sometimes have to wait a while to connect).

When you get through don't select any options just hang on till you get transfered to an agent.

OR have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?

Yeah, i've only just made the account. But i managed to verfiy my debt card.
