I don't mischief access my account and pay for things using PayPal, as they won't recognizably move to France from the U.K. needless to say, most of my purchases are from the U.K. Anybody got ant advice .... I'm being inundated with offers, but it's not easy to contact PayPal direct to discuss.
Paypal is country specific so if you move country you have to open another paypal account in that country and add an address / phone number / and bank accounts from within that country.
