i had money taken from my account tonight and paypal give me a message number to see the details,
once i click on the number it tells me i have no disputes or problems etc ,i have rang paypal took me 40 minutes
to get through but the lad on the phone told me he can see what i am talking about and transfered me to a department
that deals with that complaint ,i hour and 45 minutes i waited and i had to stop the call listening to recorded music ,for too long
i have now sent them an email about this .ok they say they will be intouch with me in the next 24 hours ?? but i worry now
if a lot of money had been taken from my account how would i contact paypal about it ? has anyone had the same problem ?
