I purchased a laptop battery from this advertiser and paid by paypal. When it eventually arrived (1 month later) it was the wrong battery. After much emailing the agreed to change it if I sent the other back first. I told them I would hold it as security till the correct one arrived but they never sent it. After all this paypal said I was out of time to claim - yet it was them that said I must try to negotiate with the supplier. The paypal payment was made to Chan Yung Kwan in China yet the seller assured me they were located in Europe. Since then my paypal account has been hacked to fraudulently purchase Amazon gift cards. I suspect that this person is using the battery sales website to acquire bank details for later fraudulent use.

Hey there,

The 45 day timeframe I regret can’t be extended. I understand that we do say to try and resolve it with the seller, but if you don't get any resolution within 45 days then you would need to open a dispute.

45 days should be long enough for a seller to send a replacement and if they are not trying to resolve the issue then keep yourself protected and open a case.
