I have purchased an item (an laptop aspire 5734z batter)on ebay through paypal. though i receive a message and receit for payment from paypal on my email but the won't arrive and i have message ebay but they always send an automatic machine message. i message the seller but no feedback nor reply from them. I contact paypal by email. no reply. what should I do?
If it was an ebay transaction then find the item in your purchase history in your "my ebay" > look to the right and there is a drop down box > select "report a problem" and open a dispute for non reciept of item.
If you don't get the item or a refund keep an eye on the dispute and after a few days you get the option to escalate the dispute to a claim for ebay to sort.
