Impossibility of communicating with PayPal

Why is it almost impossible to email PayPal? I want to report a suspicious series of events on logging in to eBay, yet nowhere on this site is a button I can press to do so! Every time you think you've found one, it simply redirects you to the original page.
Drives any intelligent person barmy.
No, I do NOT want to phone, and go through that equally maddening robot business. I want to report strange log in activities.
Surely it wouldn't be too hard to provide an email address, or even a chat-line, for such matters?
Allen.

Just in case you relent, now we've re-established friendly relations, or maybe some other PayPal helper comes along, this is what happened, and what I really wanted to talk to a PayPal security person about.
I've been using PayPal for years, and eBay. If a website has PayPal, I'll always choose that over a credit card payment. So I'm used to how it works...
The other week, I bought something on eBay, and it went through the usual procedure, i.e. the wheel went round, a panel came up with my PayPal email address, and I put in my PayPal password. Now, what normally happens is I get returned to eBay and get a 'confirm and pay' white on blue button.
But this time, it returned to eBay, and asked me to put in my PayPal password, for a second time. I didn't, as I viewed this as suspicious. I logged out all round, logged in again, bought the item, and this time the PayPal procedure was 'normal'.
That's all! I just wanted to tell PayPal that I thought the system had been compromised, and to ask if it had, or if I was being over-cautious.
Anyone from PayPal reading this, please reply!
Allen.

Oh, Kernowlass, I'm sorry we're still on the wrong foot, but there you are.
My question was written in simple, clear English. That you chose to re-interpret it in your own way is not my fault, or problem.
I'll carry on pushing into the depths of PayPal and hopefully will one day find someone who is (a) prepared to admit that they are wrong, if they are, and (b) prepared to give me that simple thing, PayPal's email address.
Wishing you no harm,
Allen, soft and English, and absolutely NOT entitled to anything....
PS If you want the last word, be my guest:....

Well, since we're now on the way to re-establishing friendly relations, perhaps I can ask my question again.
How can I get in touch with PayPal via email to ask them about a security issue?

I got a message from PayPal asking if I'd got an answer to my question on this board.
Answer: No.
I asked for email address for PayPal, and no-one has given me that.
In fact no-one has even discussed my question, except for one volunteer helper, who didn't help.
Would I recommend these boards to others?
Absolutely not.

Yet if you click on my username you will see nearly 8000 folks who's problems i have solved that think differently (and those are just the ones that bothered to come back to do so).
But then they were folks that used the words 'please and thank you' and who I would go out of my way to help.
Advice is voluntary.
Kudos / Solution appreciated.
