How am I supposed to send a fax without a fax machine?

For some reason, it is required to send all of my information just to add money to my account. So, I am trying to, and most of it is getting denied. I have sent photographs of documents, and it was all going ok. However, now it is telling me that I am out of space, and cannot send anymore files?! It is telling me to use a fax machine instead?! I have no access to a fax machine. It is taking me days just to try to add money to my accout. Why on Earth is this process so complicated. This is the worst service I have had online. EVER. I have emailed numerous times, and only recieved automated responses.

I would not bother emailing, phoning or sending a personal message via their twitter or facebook pages is best.

However most businesses will let you use their fax for a small charge and all libraries have one you can use and council offices.
