Hello everyone.
I have to say that in well over 15 years(I think) of using Paypal this is the 1st problem I may have had. Yesterday I got an Email from Paypal Customer Services thanking me for contacting them(which I hadn't). They had my correct name at the top of it & obviously my Email address. It was about a returned email or something & I could contact them with the one-time code. I clicked on the link which was to log on as I wanted to see if the link was the secure https one(which I think it was). I use auto complete on my passwords so the boxes filled with my user email & my password in black dot form but I did NOT log on. I then did a bit of research & just deleted my History & deleted the email as well as running a Security scan which was clear. It was dwelling on my mind so I changed my passwords successfully on both my accounts to be safe. 1st query is that somebody sent me £10 last night that hasn't appeared & I have asked them to check (they had already sent me money to the same address)although another payment arrived afterwards so that could be an error. This next query is very strange. I currently have £80 odd in the account-when I try to withdraw it I am not allowed & it comes up with amount must be above £90-I have NEVER seen this before. I attempted to send £0.01 between the accounts which was successful & was able to withdraw it succesfully(French account). Anybody got any thoughts as to what is happening? Many thanks Regards
