I tried like normal to login and send money from my balance to my driver, and it came up with a quick security check. Mind you, I'm getting a new phone so the number on my account only works for calls. the screen is broken and i cant see text and can barely pick it up, but the security check doesnt even attempt to send a call. Tried to change number, won't let me. Called paypal twice and was a waste of time. Now customer service number isn't even working. I send money almost everyday and never had an issue like this. Somebody please help!! I have no way of accessing money thats in my account and i need it to get home. I really dont know what to do, I've tried everything. Getting very frustrated with paypal's customer service lately.
Anybody know how to help? I tried refreshing pages, deleting cookies and cache like they said on the phone. Nothing makes a difference. they said my ip address came up i was in geogia but I'm in NJ, and my account was made in nj. I literally did the same thing i do every day, and today this problem randomly occurred. I am very worried i wont be able to get this $ out of the account.
