Debit card in use with another account

When i try to enter my debit card i have been told that the card is in use with another account which i do not know about, what shall i do?

You are only allowed to have 2 paypal accounts if one is personal and the other is premier.
If you have still got another open then you can't add any financial info eg cards or bank accounts that is on that account to a second account.
Best thing is to contact customer services and see if they can locate that other account and close it for you but that will be hard if you can't even remember the email addy.
Why not first try putting in any email addys you have had in the past and then using the lost password function to see if you can get into the account > if you do remove the card info from that account and close it.
If you can't then try:
Contact us bottom of paypal pages > email or phone.
