Correct Password and Email address BUT CAN'T LOG IN

Hello

Since last 4 days I am having this issue that I can not log in to my paypal account, the paypal account is from PayPal and due to some personal reasons I am residing in Pakistan.

The error message "We're sorry, we can't log you in. If you think there's a problem with your account, contact us and we'll help resolve it."

So it means password is correct, email is correct but some how I am not being allowed to login.

Also last time when I tried to send a small payment to someone for the first time then I was asked to update my telephone number, I am out of UK from some time now so my registered Phone Number isn't valid any more.

I am really lost and having big issues with few sellers that I am suppose to pay and PayPal is the only mode of payment for me.

Please help me.

Paypal is country specific so if you move country you have to open another paypal account in that country and add an address / phone number / and bank accounts from within that country.

The fact that you are using the account elsewhere has probably hit security alarm bells and they want to make sure its you using the account and that its not been hijacked.

 

The only way to do that is to contact customer services and see what they need to unlimit your account.
