Help please, advice needed. I have found a car I want to buy. The buyer has a divorce excuse as to why selling the car. The seller wants my PayPal Id and address details. The seller has said she will cover PayPal fees and She won't receive payment for the car until I've inspected it. She has said she will also cover delivery costs. Should I be worried about this? Thank you.

This sounds very unusual to me

All sellers pay fees anyway

If going thru a divorce why would she pay delivery costs?

Are u having it delivered without inspecting it?

Are u collecting it?

I suggest u inspect it first with a qualified mechanic and pay cash on collection if happy with it
