Hi! So heres my issue. I had a long time ago made a paypal account in my email and i can not remember the secret questions, nor i had linked a mobile phone and i cant access nowdays my account. So i made a new account with my brothers email and in there i have linked all my credit and bank accounts bearing my name. So the thing that i want is to deactivate the old account bound to my email in order to add my primary emaii to the current account. I look forward to your reply
