Business Account won't let me cancel my old address, debit card or bank account details

There is a constant error message saying that there's a 'Transaction pending' whenever I close my old bank account and debit card details.

What seems to be the problem? I have no transactions pending.

Click on the profile tab (icon next to log out) > Click on payments third option along on the thick blue band top of page > and under "manage upcoming payments" top left of page second option down is pre-approved payments.
