When entering a payees details, previous payees are shown on a list. How can you switch this on or off?

Hi there maco5150,
Where are you going to see this information?
You may need to clear your cache and cookies if your PC is automatically populating email addresses used previously.

Hi!
No it's definatelly not the cookies or cache or ANYTHING connected to the browser.
It's the Paypal's script. I'm sure of it. I went to a freshly installed PC, opened my Paypal account with 2 different browsers: IE and Chrome. I saw same payees e-mails that was offered to me as autocomplete.
I just accidentally paid to a wrong person today, and I cannot even make the reclamation on the transaction. I have to contact the receiver and hope that he will refund me my money.
Can please someone from Paypal staff tell me how to turn that part of the script off? It's really annoying for me to have atuocomplete on, and I can't even turn it off by a browser.
I appreciate your help.
