Can some moderator or administrator of the website delete my account from the database manually, because I can not to it myself? I REALLY NEED MY ACCOUNT TO BE DELETED. MODERATOR PLEASE DELETE IT.

No one here can do anything for you, you need to contact customer services directly, in your own country.
It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
