Account compromised

Hello.

Recently I logged into paypal to see a bunch of mobile transactions I did not make.

Even though I only noticed today, it appears one of the two attempts was refunded before I was even aware. The other, currently remains open, which i'm hoping to have revolved.

I'v currently changed my passwords, my secret questions as well as my email password.

Now, I am abit of a dunce when it comes to this, will this be enough? Is my visa card itself safe?

Oddly, even though I had quite abit of money in the bank, it was small $20 - $50 chunks, some time ago (the 20th of June), yet no more payments have been withdrawn. Which I don't understand.

Would it be safe to presume the person who was doing this had his account closed or something?

As you can probably tell, i'm abit clueless, so any information at all would be welcomed.

Thanks.

I would do a computer anti-virus update and scan as well.

Then keep a close eye on all your accounts.
