I got ebay 70228 I don't know why & don't how to resolve this!

I haven't been in ebay for quite sometime. I just recently got back. And everytime I try to buy or bid on a product I get this ebay 70228. I can't seem to get help on ebay for some reason. Anyone out there who can help me out? I don't have any issues to resolve as far as I am concerned. Pls help out.

Now ebay says it has suspended my account but doesn't say why.

I don't have anything on my resolution center stating on any conflict that has been made. 

They said something about registering my account and when I do click on it says I have an error. 

How do I find out why am I suspended?

@kernowlass I tried registering my account by resending a code to my account. 

But also got another error! Geez Christ!!!

This is really an ebay and not a paypal problem as they are 2 separate companies.

All i can advise you to do is contact customer services from ebay and ask them.
